About the Office Coordinator position

We are looking for an Office Coordinator to help us with daily office tasks, shipping, and inventory management. The Office Coordinator will also have opportunities to work on projects with a variety of departments in order to provide assistance when needed and to provide additional career experience for the Office Coordinator.


  • $30,000 to $35,000


  • Manage The US Inspect Employee Store using WooCommerce
  • Ensure every store item is in stock
  • Fulfill orders for new hire supplies, tools, and marketing collateral
  • Assemble and fill boxes, affix shipping labels, and track shipments
  • Track, collect, and ship radon monitors to the lab for calibration
  • Manage building access cards for HQ employees
  • Manage office and kitchen inventory and place orders
  • Answer the door to receive deliveries

Ideal Skills and Experience:

  • Highly organized
  • Excellent multi-tasking abilities
  • 2+ years' experience of working in an office environment
  • Associate’s or College degree; BSc or BA will be a bonus
  • Proficient with MS Office or Google Apps
