We are seeking an outgoing leader with the management skills to build the best inspection team in Nashville and to manage local important brokerage office relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, and hire inspectors to increase your team's size to help to support important client relationships
  • Deliver presentations to realtors to cultivate new customers and to increase loyalty among current customers
  • Inspire your team to amaze our customers on every interaction, ensuring we deliver an outstanding customer journey
  • Manage your team's operations, personnel, and administrative duties
  • Mentor your team to improve technical and operational skills
  • Conduct informative monthly team meetings to increase team bonding and share company-wide initiatives
  • Suggest and execute new ideas and opportunities for growth
  • Set goals and analyze results via company reporting and analytics tools

      Requirements

      • At least three years of experience as a licensed home inspector
      • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
      • Ability to lead and oversee a team
      • Ability to analyze sales statistics
      • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
      • College degree preferred
